By accessing or using rhovelle.com, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

2. About Rhovelle

Rhovelle is a sole proprietorship owned by Anand P. Joy, based in Trivandrum, Kerala, India. We design and sell handcrafted leather wallets, card holders, bags and other leather goods.

3. Products

Our products are handcrafted using quality leather. Natural variations in grain, texture, markings and colour are characteristics of genuine leather and should not be considered defects. Product photographs are for illustration; actual colours may vary slightly depending on display settings.

4. Orders & Pricing

All prices are displayed in INR. Orders are subject to acceptance and product availability. We reserve the right to cancel orders affected by pricing errors, suspected fraud or unforeseen inventory issues.

5. Payments

Payments are processed securely through Razorpay. Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available.

6. Shipping

We offer free shipping within India. Delivery within India generally takes 4–10 business days. International shipping is available and typically takes 7–21 business days, subject to customs and carrier delays.

7. Returns & Refunds

Please refer to our Return & Refund Policy. Handmade and customised products are generally not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or an incorrect item is delivered.

8. Customer Accounts

Customers may create an account to manage orders and addresses. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

9. Intellectual Property

The Rhovelle name, registered trademark, logo, product designs, photographs, graphics and website content are the exclusive property of Rhovelle and may not be copied, reproduced or used without prior written permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rhovelle shall not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of this website or our products.
